Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process

1 Initiate Your Request

Within 15 days of receiving your order, contact our customer service team at [email protected]. Please include your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.

2 Prepare Your Package

Ensure the item(s) are in their original, saleable condition: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging. Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation.

3 Ship Your Return

Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Please ship the item to our fulfillment center. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

4 Inspection & Processing

Upon receipt, our team will inspect the returned items within 3-5 business days. Once approved, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refund Timeline & Method

We process refunds with the same speed and security we apply to your checkout:

  • Timeline: Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and approve your return.
  • Method: The refund will be processed through the same payment channel you used (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). The time it appears in your account depends on your bank or payment provider’s policies.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the replacement item.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the safety and hygiene of all our runners, and based on the performance-specific nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Worn or Used Footwear: Any shoes from our Racing, Trail, Road, or Cross Trainer categories that show signs of wear, dirt, or outdoor use cannot be returned for hygiene and performance integrity reasons.
  • Personalized or Customized Products: Any items that have been altered or customized.
  • Final Sale Items: Products purchased from our Closeout menu are typically marked as final sale and are not eligible for return unless defective.
  • Items Damaged Due to Misuse.

Exchange Requests

Looking for a different size or color? Exchanges are subject to product availability. Please initiate the process within the 15-day window. We recommend checking product availability on our site before requesting an exchange. If the desired item is out of stock, we will process a refund instead.
