Every order goes through two phases:

1. Order Processing (1-2 Business Days): Our team in Boston meticulously picks, packs, and prepares your gear.
2. In-Transit Delivery: Begins once your order ships. The total delivery time depends on your chosen shipping method (see above).

All times are estimates in business days and may vary slightly due to customs processing or seasonal carrier volumes.

After your order is packed and leaves our facility, we’ll send you a notification email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your gear’s journey in real-time with our reliable carrier partners (DHL, FedEx, or EMS).

Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping charges. These fees vary by country and are determined by your local customs authorities.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. You may return unworn, unwashed shoes in their original packaging within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

In the rare event that you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange a prepaid return label and expedite the correct replacement to you at no extra cost.
